Cake Sales etc.  Tadhg Kenehan’s Single Handed cycle round Ireland Well Done Tadhg on competing this Marathon cycle and many thanks for the much needed funds.  Dublin to Belmullet Cycle by Gardai from Fitzgibbon Street and Prison Officers from Mountjoy. A great success and sincere thanks to all.  Paddy Furlong’s Parachute Skydive To mark his 80th Birthdaym Paddy took on this amazing challenge on our behalf. Well done and we are wondering what you will do for your 90th?  Night of Soul by the Gospel Choir Many thanks to all for helping us out once again. Not without your help! Without your help, we could not provide this vital service for our homeless and needy friends.
Christmas can be a hard time for people who do not have sufficient resources for their families and we want to help people who are struggling to make ends meet. Apart from the normal meal services, and Gala New Year’s Eve Dinner for people who attend the Centre, going on current demand, we expect to provide in excess of 1,600 Special Food Hampers. We will need your help to provide the best possible food hamper.
Christmas Appeal
Sincere thanks and contratulations to all who donated or supported our Carol Singing Street Collection at the GPO in O’Connell Street on Saturday 3rd December. Many thanks to the “Choirs of Angels” all the voluntary collectors and the organising team who every year, brave the weather to collect funds to help cover our extra expenses over the Christmas. If you miss us on the day you can donate to the Carol Singing. Many thanks to Margaret Wogan and all her supporters for organising this annual night.
